MBM Management Limited have been trading as independent property management and letting specialists within Derby for well over a decade. We concentrate all our efforts on this business, we do not sell properties.
Over the years we have built up an enviable portfolio of managed properties, which range from neat terraces and glamorous apartments within the city centre, homes on the various developments around the area to elegant properties in the Dales.
The benefits of this local experience and specialization constantly reap dividends in the recommendations which we receive from both landlords and tenants.

In September 2001 we became the first Derby based property management company to become members of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). Another first came in May of 2006, when we became the first property management company in Derby to become members of the Ombudsman’s scheme for letting agents. For a number of years we have been members of the Nation Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) which now operates along with The Association of Residential Letting Agents( ARLA) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors( RICS) along with others, under the banner of the Federation of Property Professionals (FPPs).
These associations lay down codes of conduct to which we adhere and also redress schemes to which our clients can refer should they feel the need. It is necessary that formal qualifications are a prerequisite of membership, consequently, ongoing seminar attendance, study and examinations are an accepted part of our working lives.
We have always promoted quality properties and this pursuit of quality over quantity, has taken precedence over any desire to seek volume, consequently, our clients are very much names and not numbers.
Our management service and letting service, with its emphasis on the need for due diligence and best practice, for all clients will continue to apply in the future, as we eagerly anticipate our next ten years of trading.
